The hotel provided complimentary boat shuttle service to Iconsiam and the public boat station. The breakfast offered a good selection of high-quality western food. I especially enjoyed the traditional Thai Spa treatment at the spa center (the therapists were very skilled).
The room design felt slightly outdated.

untrained staffmixed-up orders
the hotel seemed to struggle with consistency. some staff members seemed undertrained. the receptionist insisted i use a credit card at check-in, not a debit card. i received no confirmation of cancellation at checkout. room service also mixed up our orders consistently.

The breakfast buffet had excellent options and service. we could take the hotel boat to the pier for our visits. it was quite convenient. After a full day, we returned to the hotel before heading to iconsiam.
the bed was quite firm, and i am tall. i found my feet hanging over the end of the king size bed. It was a minor inconvenience though.

The hotel grounds featured meticulous upkeep. I noticed orchids with descriptions. The lobby offered live music. A lovely touch. the breakfast buffet presented diverse options and attentive service. I savored the fresh flavors. the boat service to icon siam provided efficient transport. It helped avoid the main street. the traditional thai spa provided a superb experience. My girlfriend enjoyed it.
The facility felt a bit aging. i noticed the room could use a refresh. There was some mildew along the tile edges in the bathroom though the rest was fine.

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area contained twenty loungers. A shaded section also existed. there was also easy access to a water taxi every thirty minutes along the river.

The room contained two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. bottled water was provided daily. Fresh towels were also available. the room included a mini-bar stocked with various beverages and snacks. there was ample closet space.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of thai and international dishes. It was a delight. the thai restaurant presented authentic flavors. The chinese restaurant showcased excellent dim sum. the hotel offered in-room dining with an extensive menu. It provided convenience.

staff consistently displayed attentiveness and politeness. the personnel at taksin pier offered assistance with the shuttle boat. iced water was offered gently upon boarding the shuttle boat! though sometimes there were some misunderstandings.

I loved the free shuttle boat. It offered easy access to various points along the river. Breakfast had an excellent array of options. The staff showed amazing attentiveness. The bedroom was large, so I had plenty of space.
The gym have old equipment and it should be updated to the newest.

excellent artwonderful gardenmusty odordated furniture
the hotel had an excellent art collection displayed throughout the premises. the landscaping and garden were wonderful. i appreciated the scenery alongside the river during both breakfast and dinner.
I observed a definite musty odor in the corridor and rooms. the interior room furniture seemed dated and not quite keeping with a five star hotel. the mattress was hard. It affected the quality of my sleep.
